Nosocomial infection is an important issue that threatens medical safety. The spread of pathogens in hospitals is a key issue in nosocomial infection. Summarizes the relationship between the colony number of suspended bacteria and the infection risk during hospital surgery operation, as well as the latest developments of the microorganism aerosol detection technology—the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology, providing the references for real-time measurement and control of actual pathogenic microorganisms in the future.
